We are an Australian non-profit association with members in the appliance service and repair industry, and have been serving our membership for over 20 years. Our aim is to improve service quality to members and provide the general public with professional service from our association members.

We are here to:

• Promote the use of VAIA members for the benefit of the general public and the manufacturers.
• Provide Web-based services to members with minimal cost to the association.
• Assist and Promote in the maintaining of ethical business practices.
• Gain a professional image for your company.
• Provide technical information as well as further the training and education of the members.
• Reduce trade abuses and to improve the image of the service industry.
• Represent the industry in State and National affairs.
• Lobby for change in laws and industry training programs.
• Meet regularly with the committee and members to help improve the association.
